Proficiency in understanding and explaining business telecom services. Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact professionally with customers and team members. Ability to build long-term customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Empathy and professionalism to handle customer concerns with tact and understanding. Bilingual- Spanish (Required) Preferred Qualifications Sales knowledge of complex services such as Hosted Voice and Cloud Services. Experience with CSG billing software. B2B sales experience in telecommunications or premise-based voice and data products. 2+ years of call center experience in customer service and / or phone sales will empower you to excel in retaining business and addressing customer needs.
