Senior Manager Of Event Marketing
Saifr, a Fidelity Labs company, is seeking a purpose-driven and results-oriented Senior Manager of Event Marketing to design and execute a portfolio of high-impact programs and experiences that drive awareness and accelerate demand generation. This role will define and optimize our event marketing program to engage target prospects and strengthen Saifr's position in the market. You'll orchestrate how events are structured, promoted, and measured to deliver seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you'll ensure every event aligns with audience needs and business goals while continually analyzing performance to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to shape event strategy that supports overall business objectives.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to the annual event calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales priorities.
- Research and evaluate event opportunities (industry conferences, trade shows, proprietary events, speaking opportunities) to inform strategic decisions and to support vertical and geographic expansion.
- Manage end-to-end event delivery, including venue selection, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, and on-site execution.
- Oversee attendee registration, communications, and experience design for in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Ensure seamless execution under tight timelines and dynamic conditions.
- Align event programs with demand generation goals to drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure event follow-up processes convert leads into opportunities.
- Develop strategies to maximize attendee engagement and conversion throughout the event lifecycle.
- Plan and execute internal events such as all-hands meetings, team offsites, and Fidelity Labs employee engagement activities.
- Manage logistics, communications, and experience design for internal gatherings that foster connection and alignment.
- Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate reporting.
- Source, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and event technology providers.
- Oversee procurement processes for marketing team, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely approvals.
- Define KPIs and measure event success, including pipeline contribution, lead quality, and attendee engagement.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve future event outcomes and ROI.
- Drive post-event follow-up processes to accelerate lead conversion.
Qualifications :
6-10+ years of experience in event strategy, planning and / or execution, ideally within B2B SaaS tech / start-up.Track record of successfully managing highly-visible projects and complex workloads that results in delivering, accelerating and growing B2B sales pipelineA startup mentality, customer-first focus with a strong bias to action, and ability to flex in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environmentProven project management experience with superior organization and operational skillsExperience with management of budgets, vendors and on-site staffExperience analyzing and interpreting data to make business recommendationsAbility to travel 10-15%Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Marketing, communications or business-related field is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with virtual and hybrid eventsFamiliarity with event tech platforms (ON24, Cvent, etc.) and marketing automation / CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc)Metrics-driven mindset focused on KPIs like attendee engagement, conversion rates, and attribution modelingNote : Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
