Champion Chevrolet of Avon, a family-owned and award-winning dealership, is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting & Title Specialist to join our Accounting / Administrative team. This role blends accounting and title functions, supporting our Controller and helping keep the dealership running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Process vehicle deals, incentives, and sales tax accurately

Handle warranty / GAP submissions, cancellations, and refunds

Reconcile general ledger schedules and assist with monthly financial reports

Process funding for retail finance contracts; monitor Contracts-in-Transit

Complete title work promptly and accurately

Provide customer service to staff and customers regarding accounting and title issues

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in automotive accounting or title work (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with dealership DMS (Dealertrack DMS, etc.) and Excel helpful

Team-player with professional communication skills

Competitive pay : $24 – $30 / hr (DOE)
