Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development / Program Director. The Program Director role is also responsible for leading the business development efforts to expand contractual opportunities to client referring entities by presentation of BHC service lines and deliverables as well as maintaining excellent contracted client relationships. In addition, in conjunction with the Clinical Director, is responsible for providing oversight / management of the daily operations and staff of Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. including assistance with payroll, staff scheduling, workflow management.

Job Duties :

• Responsible for leading business development efforts and expand contractual opportunities by seeking out new contract opportunities.
• Assist with the overall day to day operations of BHC ATL Remote workforce including oversight of staff, workflow, and information systems.
• Assist with the daily schedule of staff, assists with payroll submission, required daily and monthly reports.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION

Preferred Current appropriate state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. (Customer hospital means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)

Current Drivers License.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred 1-3 year similar work experience

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy / counseling.
