Oversee all field operations on Healthcare and Higher Education projects ranging up to $50M.
Provide executive-level leadership onsite, acting as the senior authority on schedule, logistics, quality, and safety.
Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers to ensure alignment and resolve issues proactively.
Lead, mentor, and direct multiple field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners.
Develop site plans, phasing strategies, and logistics to support smooth execution on occupied and technically complex sites.
Ensure adherence to company standards, contract requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Drive the successful delivery of each project while maintaining strong relationships and representing the company at the highest professional level.

10-20+ years of construction leadership experience, including substantial time as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
Proven background delivering Healthcare and Higher Education projects in the $20M-$50M range.
A strategic, executive-level mindset combined with strong field acumen and the ability to lead at scale.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics, occupied campuses, sensitive environments, and fast-paced schedules.
Strong safety leadership and a track record of developing high-performing field teams.
Competitive base salary up to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
