JOB DESCRIPTION
Location : Patient's will travel to residence homes in the Burlington / Walworth area
Required Skills : Strong computer-based skills with ability to learn computer-based scheduling and documentation system.
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and through written reports, with strong documentation skills. Good interpersonal skills, time management and self-organization skills.
Preferred Skills : Familiarity with EPIC documentation (not required)
