Job description

A company is looking for a Growth Account Executive to manage existing customer accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities

Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs and position product offerings effectively

Achieve sales quotas by maintaining an organized sales pipeline and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role

Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment

Strong full-cycle sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques

Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives

Self-motivated and competitive with a growth mindset
