• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand competencies for open positions, post jobs in HRIS and job sites, screen applicants, and manage interview panels.
• Assist in creating and updating interview questions and recruitment strategies.
• Assist with FMLA leave, benefits administration, I-9 compliance, and year-end tasks.
• Build relationships with managers and employees, gathering work logs and ensuring HR processes align with organizational goals.
• Leverage technology to streamline HR operations and support innovative solutions.
