SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTIONS :
The Manager – Fidelity, Training, and Internship (FTI) is responsible for overseeing evidence-based practice (EBP) fidelity to EBPs, creating a training plan to support direct service personnel (i.e., clinical, case management, recovery housing, and intake), and overseeing interns to help aid knowledge acquisition and ensure readiness to support high-quality care and drive clinical excellence within the organization. Additionally, the FTI provides training to include support of direct service onboarding. The FTI directly supervises the interns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Training
- Creates a quarterly training plan to support direct service personnel across multiple units e.g., clinical, case management, recovery housing, and intake
- Ensures training plan is approved through the CCO
- Develops training materials and ensures materials are disseminated and up to date
- Conducts training on EBPs through a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices e.g., group meetings, one-to-one offerings, in-person and / or technology-facilitated training
- Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of training through formative and summative evaluation
- Provides an analysis of evaluation monthly to the CCO for inclusion of QAPP monitoring
- Facilitates certification and licensure prep for direct care staff to aid in study and prep for successful examination
- Create and maintain a positive, professional, and energizing training environment to engage trainees
- Giving HR certificates of completion for any training given
Fidelity
Supports quality processes through monthly direct / live observation of clinical staff delivering EBPs to assure that services are provided with fidelity in collaboration and coordination with Clinical SupervisorsDocuments direct / live observation within 24 hours of the observationMonitors health information technology dashboards for service delivery on a weekly basisIdentifies opportunities for service utilization through monitoring of dashboardsProvides monitoring report to the CCO on a weekly basisOnboarding

Available to provide backfill support as needed for the clinical teamSupports and adheres to the rules and regulations of EHIImplements other procedures as requested by the CCO and executive leadershipMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field.Maintains state licensure as a psychologist, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience.Strong knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices in the field and excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Experience in teaching adult learners with sound knowledge of adult learning theory and the ability to present material to differing levels of base knowledge of novice to professional.Excellent verbal / written communication skills and ability to communicate with both clinical and non-clinical audiences.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated commitment to ethical and culturally competent care.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics.Strong prioritization and organizational skills.No active police warrants, may not be on probation or parole.If in recovery, must have a minimum of (10) years of continuous sobriety and abstinence.Must have no current case open with the Department of Corrections.Must have no Felony or Misdemeanor convictions for a minimum of (8) years prior to employment.Must pass an MDOC LEIN Clearance.
