Job descriptionAutoCAD drafting Working knowledge of Carlson software, a plus Boundary resolution Topographic contouring Development, implementation and enforcement of CAD Standards and organization of CAD environment and detail Technical degree or related experience 3+ years of experience in boundary and topographic survey drafting and boundary resolution Collaborative working style and team-player attitude Positive and encouraging personality Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Reliable, trustworthy and committed to the team’s success Valid drivers license Boundary and topographic survey drafting : 5 years (preferred) Boundary resolution : 5 years (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Drafting, Preparation and Quality Control of all survey documents, including :
- Survey Plans
- Metes and Bounds Descriptions
- Creation of Stake out and point files for crews
- Construction layout services
- Review of deeds, easements and Title commitment reports
Proficient Skills :
Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills and abilities)
