Job descriptionPrepping job sites : Ensure crews are set up for success by previewing projects and confirming all necessary materials are on-site. Customer and crew communication : Set clear expectations, provide updates, and support both customers and crews throughout the project. Neighborhood outreach : Let neighbors know we’re working in their area—an important part of our community presence and marketing. Quality checks : Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bondoc’s high standards of craftsmanship and customer service. Problem-solving : Help troubleshoot issues during projects and support the Production Manager with related tasks. Light construction tasks : Assist with inspections and smaller repairs, including warranty-related work. Roof & attic access : Must be able to climb onto roofs and enter attics to perform inspections and assist with job site tasks. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires someone who’s dependable, personable, and proactive. Job Site Supervisor – Bondoc Roofing 📍 San Antonio, TX 💰 $160–$175 / day (W2) + Company Vehicle & Phone | Full-Time Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) 7am to 6pm (On call required) Bondoc Roofing is looking for a full-time Job Site Supervisor to join our growing team!
We offer competitive daily pay starting at $160–$175 depending on experience, with room to grow.
This W2 position includes a company vehicle and phone for all work-related tasks.
You'll work Monday through Friday , with some Saturdays as needed based on seasonality.
