About the role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at B Above, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children build meaningful skills and reach important milestones. Every day brings something new, and your work will have a direct impact on the lives of the families we serve.
In this role, you will:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
Collaborate clinical team members
Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
Partnering with families to create meaningful change
Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions
Qualifications
Active RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
