The Role :
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Little Leaf ABA, you will be delivering a 1 : 1 therapy in various settings including clients' homes and / or school settings. With guidance from our experienced clinicians, you'll implement personalized ABA programs, track client progress, and collaborate with parents and other professionals to create tailored interventions.
Your Adventure Includes :
- Implementing personalized ABA programs with the support of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collecting and reporting data on client progress.
- Using a variety of fun materials to encourage skill-building and behavior change.
- Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to make a big impact!
