Job Summary :
As our Director Rooms, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our Rooms Division, which includes Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet laundry, and Valet parking. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue opportunities, maintaining guest satisfaction, and upholding the hotel and company standards at all times. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with exemplary skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership, committed to ensuring seamless operations.
