Established Philadelphia restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant Director to oversee restaurant operations.

Requirements & Skills :

• Love of the Hospitality industry; enjoy guest interaction
• Guest focused, ability to provide exceptional experience
• Exceptional experience in high volume, upscale dining
• Ability to lead, motivate and train
• Special event execution
• POS system familiarity
• Knowledge of wine, spirits & beer
• Experience in scheduling, ordering, inventory
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to diffuse conflict
• Serve Safe MGR license
• Familiar with City of Phila Health Dept food safety regulations
