Role applies practical supply chain knowledge to identify, analyze and solve problems. Implements and supports continuous improvements and business process changes. Candidate must be local to the MN area as there is no relocation or sponsorship for this position.

Position Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights
• Understand business requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that drive business action
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams through executive summaries, presentations, and data storytelling
• Participate in projects with consideration to the entire supply chain
• Identify supply chain problem areas and drives improvement utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-CheckAct, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
• Collaborate with internal and external partners

Direction of Others : Facilitates cross-functional projects and meetings. Works independently with general supervision.

Minimum Qualification, Skill and / or Competency Requirements :

Compensation : Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,000-$119,000.

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

Profit Sharing : In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
