Job descriptionAssist lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities for infants. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants to explore and learn. Monitor and document infants' progress and developmental milestones. Support the hygiene and feeding routines of infants in care. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and milestones. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members. High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred. Prior experience working with infants or in a childcare setting. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Background check clearance required. Flexible schedule, including availability for shifts during weekdays.
