Virginia Licensed ABA Director

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Education / Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Teach ABA courses related to experiential learning each semester

Manage all aspects of the clinical experience and / or experiential learning requirements for ABA programs as specified by applicable accreditation standards

Provide additional student support for fieldwork experience as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

Doctorate (Ed.D., Psy.D., or Ph.D.) in Education, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABD may be considered)

Active BCBA or BCBA-D credential, maintained throughout employment

Minimum of five years of experience supervising others in ABA-related clinical roles

Experience teaching undergraduate and / or graduate students through online modalities

Evidence of engagement in teaching, research, and / or service that contributes to building equitable, diverse, and inclusive communities
