Job description

ACCI Lifeskills has over 50 years of experience in developing cognitive-behavioral lifeskills courses and programs for both correctional and educational clients. In corrections, our objective is to reduce recidivism rates, and in education, we take a more preventative approach to reduce the school-to-prison pipeline and drive the implementation of restorative practices.

ACCI is seeking a talented sales professional to join our sales team. This position is focused on helping both existing customers and potential customers understand and implement our programs effectively. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for helping individuals overcome self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary plus commission. The position also includes the opportunity for quick career advancement to manage an entire territory with an attractive increase in both salary and commission. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in both the correctional and educational sectors.

An ideal candidate should possess the following :

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficient in CBT or ability to quickly learn about CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
  • Exceptional relationship builder
  • Proficient with CRM and other office-related technology
  • Humble, hungry, and focused.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with potential customers
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand the business network.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  • Conduct warm calls to engage potential partners and promote collaboration.
  • Conduct virtual and onsite demonstrations of ACCI's courses and programs
  • Provide account management through positive touch points with existing customers
  • Travel and attend conferences, and connect with the customer base in person
