Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented sales relationship manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships both within our internal sales team and with our external customers. This position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and required excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Communication :
Maintain direct communication with various customer contacts, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
Coordination :
Collaborate with internal teams to process customer requests and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Customer Relationship Management :
Cultivate strong, positive relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
Organizational Tasks :
Manage, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to effectively meet customer and team objectives.
Documentation & Reporting :
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to document customer interactions, prepare reports, and track request status.
