Location : Remote with regional travel (23 days / week) Employment Type : Full-Time

We're looking for a motivated Field Sales & Program Outreach Specialist to join our team and help bring a transformative new program to life in local communities. This role blends outside sales, onboarding support, and strategic outreachperfect for someone who enjoys being on the move and making a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Territory Engagement (23 days / week in the field) :
• Travel within your assigned region (up to 2 hours from home base) to meet prospective businesses in person.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted towns to introduce and promote our program.
• Present and pitch the opportunity to business owners, sparking interest and guiding them through the application and vetting process.
• Follow up via phone and email to support onboarding and answer inquiries.
• Community & Event Support :
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to plan and host local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats).
• Build relationships with community influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development organizations.
• Sales Operations & CRM Management :
• Track lead activity and manage your pipeline in Salesforce.
• Import and organize lead data from Excel into Salesforce weekly.
• Assign leads to the sales team and prospect for new opportunities.
• Monitor incoming leads and ensure smooth flow through the sales funnel.
• Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
• Analyze lead performance metrics (conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.).
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales processes and applicant experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Paducah, KY. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
