Odyssey House of Utah is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Our integrated approach combines evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment to promote lasting recovery and overall well-being.

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team! This role plays a vital part in supporting our mission by ensuring high-quality clinical services, staff supervision, and program coordination within our behavioral health programs. If you are a licensed professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others, we’d love to have you on our team.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary Range : 58-75K depending on licensure and experience.

  • Requirements :

    You are most likely a fit if…

  • You are a Licensed Mental Health Professional : LCSW, SUDC, LSUDC, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, LMFT, AMFT
  • You hold a graduate degree in a mental health field
  • You have at least two years of direct clinical care experience
  • You are comfortable supervising others and ensuring quality standards in clinical programming
  • You can successfully pass a criminal background check
  • You maintain First Aid and CPR certification
  • You can perform the physical aspects of the role, including :
  • Lifting up to 15 lbs

  • Sitting for prolonged periods
  • Driving or maintaining adequate alternate transportation
  • Safely performing passive restraints when necessary
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise Case Managers and SUDCs
  • Provide onboarding training for new staff
  • Oversee clinical milieu and group schedules
  • Attend management and program meetings
  • Participate in community meetings (DORA, DJ / CJS / ISP / FDDC, etc.)
  • Manage a small caseload (8 or fewer clients)
  • Ensure smooth client transfers and housing voucher processes
  • Conduct staff meetings and employee reviews
  • Support program operations and assist the Director as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
