Job Description

Hype Tier is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate is efficient, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and coordination of advertising campaigns
Monitor advertising schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to gather content and materials
Maintain records of campaign performance, budgets, and deliverables
Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and insights
Coordinate approvals and revisions of advertising materials
Track expenses and help manage advertising budgets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with advertising metrics and reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
