We are proud to announce that we are seeking a full-time Director of Concierge Services professional at our beautiful Rehabilitation & Nursing Center!

We are seeking a bright, extroverted individuals with an interest in assisting patients as a customer service / amenities professional. The Concierge Services Department serves as the liaison between patients, families, and our team members, following patients throughout their healing journey ensuring patient satisfaction and customer service are provided at a level of excellence.

Director of Concierge Services Requirments :

Our mission is to foster and provide unprecedented levels of genuine care and customer service for our community’s Rehabilitation and Nursing needs, in a soothing, tranquil, and state-of-the-art environment.  The Emerald Peek experience enlivens our guests’ physical and emotional strength through cutting-edge technology and highly trained healthcare professionals to get them back to their fullest potential of ReNEWal™.  Our employees are the vital link; they are the core of excellence in the care and compassion we are committed to, striving to fulfill the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests and their families daily. They are, therefore, our most precious resource.

This individual will follow patients throughout their healing journey ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and patient service. Through evaluations, amenities, and developing unique employee engagement events, this individual will have the incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those in need and those superheroes who give of themselves every day.  We are dedicated to developing our employees and fostering opportunities for growth.

Also, customer service skills and an interest in the medical / marketing / administrative field is a major plus.
