Job description

Residential / Commercial Hvac Lead Installer

A highly established local Mechanical Contractor is looking to fill a Residential / Commercial HVAC Lead Installer position. Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of Residential / Commercial Field Experience
  • CFC, EPA and NATE Certified Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Neat Appearance, Positive Attitude and Demeanor
  • Ability to Adapt, Be Flexible and Thrive in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Efficiency in Working with Sheet Metal and Duct-Work
  • Vocational School Degree or Equivalent Experience

    • Responsibilities :

  • Complete Quality HVAC Installation Jobs on or Below Budgeted Labor Hours
  • Educate Clients on Equipment or Systems Operation, Available Programs and Ensure Complete Client Satisfaction
  • Follow Company Procedures to Improve Sales and Installation in a Timely Manner
  • Maintain Cleanliness on All Jobsites, Company Vehicles and Any Assigned Areas
  • Assist Warehouse Person as Requested with Pulling Jobs and Parts
  • Own the Necessary Tools and / or Equipment Required to Complete Installations
  • Maintain a Valid Driver's License and Be Insurable by Company Insurance Carrier
  • Process and Complete All Paperwork on a Daily Basis
  • Be Safety Conscience on the Jobsite, in the Company Vehicles and in the Warehouse
  • Obtain CFC, EPA, NATE and Safety Certifications
