Winchester Mechanical a leading commercial HVAC contractor in Nashua, NH , is seeking a Sales Engineer / Estimator to drive growth across service, retrofit, and large-scale construction projects. Youll combine business development and estimating expertise to secure profitable work, serving as a cornerstone of our continued expansion in the Northeast market.
Responsibilities
Generate new opportunities leveraging existing relationshipsSell and bid projects from $10K to $2M+ in sizeDevelop proposals, cost estimates, and bid packagesReview drawings and specifications for scope accuracyBuild relationships with owners, GCs, and engineersRepresent the company at meetings and trade eventsProvide market insights and mentor junior estimatorsCollaborate with internal teams for seamless project handoffQualifications
7+ years in HVAC / mechanical sales and estimatingProven record of winning projects up to multi-million rangeEstablished book of business and client networkStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and designSkilled in Microsoft Excel and estimating softwareExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
