Pay : $90,000 – $95,000 per year

Position Overview
As a Remote Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Highlights Healthcare, you will :
Train and supervise a team of Student Analysts, BTs, and RBTs using telehealthDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on child's needs, including behavior acquisition and reduction programsConduct Functional Behavior AssessmentsProvide parent trainingOffer mentoring, supervision, and support to clientsConduct clinic meetings as appropriate and disseminate information to staff and familiesHold weekly update meetings with the Program DirectorEnsure contracts and billable hours are completed in accordance with funding sources and designated amountsOversee communication with families and staff to ensure program hours are attainedProvide consistent and reliable case management and collaboration with families and teachers within funding requirementsMaintain knowledge of state and federal laws, Tricare / Governmental programs, medical insurance providers, Medicaid Waiver Programs and ensure compliance with regulationsPromote the growth of Highlights Healthcare and assist in the pursuit of new business opportunitiesQualifications
Master's degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the BACB (NC licensure preferred)3-5 years of remote telehealth experience in ABAExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSound judgment, decision-making, and effective time-management skillsAbility to inspire, mentor, coach, and develop staffStrong relationship-building skills and proactive problem-solvingAdaptability to changing organizational needsExperience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programsExperience supervising and training multiple levels of staffExperience with Systematic Teaching, Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment TeachingExperience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland standardized assessmentsExperience with Central Reach EMR software and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook / TeamsDemonstrated ability to work independently and produce high-quality results while handling competing prioritiesMaintain positive learner and family interactions with a high degree of professionalismAbility to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record / fingerprint clearance as requiredHighlights Healthcare, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or health insurance.
