About the Opportunity

Seeking a Counsel track attorney to join the firm. Please note that counsel track opportunities are off-track / not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience representing companies and / or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages or leases.

Strong preference in candidates with experience in Georgia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and / or Delaware

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
