Job descriptionCollaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions Participate in the full software development life cycle in various roles, including Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impacts Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and partners, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews Must be a U.S. citizen Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field 3 - 5 years of experience in IS / IT Strong analysis and documentation skills Understanding of the application product lifecycle and quality assurance processes 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
