Ability to quickly understand business problems, distil into analytics and reporting that provides actionable intelligence for the broader betJACK organization. Description
Main responsibilities :
- Review and process payment activities.
- Monitor deposit and withdrawal queues and prevent high-risk transactions.
- Analyze player behavior through payment gateway data to draw conclusions and recommendations.
- Performing high-level analysis over large datasets to produce insights that enable better business outcomes.
- Preparing reports for the leadership team that identifies trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Analyze fraud and transactions reports.
- Dispute chargeback.
- Communicate with third-party vendors to solve problems.
- Work across multiple teams to improve the player experience.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues and collaborate with first level technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with Accounting, IT and Product teams to achieve betJACK's goals.
- Maintain general payment industry knowledge, challenge the status quo, and apply best practices or new ideas.
