Tech Solution Engineer (Wakefield)

Job Description

A fast growing software company is looking to hire a tech solutions engineer to support their expanding client base. They have created an interoperability platform to connect various engineering systems, becoming a true disruptor in the digital engineering space. Today, their ontology-backed interoperability system enables seamless communication between software, mechanical, and system engineering tools for their clients in the automotive, aerospace, and defense companies. The role is preferred to be in New England to offer on-site support for one when requested, otherwise it can sit remote anywhere in the US. In addition to base salary, they offer a 10-15% annual bonus that has historically always been paid out, great PPO-based health and dental plans, and pay your home internet! This role is great for individuals who enjoy working small innovative teams using new, cutting-edge technologies.

The role sits at the intersection of software engineering and product development, focused more on technical problem-solving and domain-specific design integration rather than general API or full-stack development. Ideal candidates have experience in CAD-driven manufacturing or systems design and enjoy working directly with engineers to address real-world manufacturing challenges. The engineer must be able to work closely with internal and external technical stakeholders to ensure deployment and integration within customers environments.

This is an implementation / post-sales role so it is expected that the engineer has the ability to conduct training for onboarding new customers and identify gaps in other organizations in order to continue expanding our clients footprint across other verticals that they may not be supporting currently. The position involves minimal to no travel, occasional conference attendance (by choice), and supports cross-functional collaboration across mechanical, software, and product teams. This is a strategic, solutions-oriented role aimed at driving digital transformation and enhancing platform impact across industries.

Compensation : $140k to $160k base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
