Position Summary :
Responsible for monitoring the quality and quantity of calls received by VPS. Provide feedback to employees and supervisors.
Principal Responsibilities :
Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
Reviews and audits recorded calls to ensure superior customer service
Maintains communication between employees and management
Provides guidance and education for staff
Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications :
Associate’s degree in related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5 + years of work related experience
Ability to analyze data and make data driven strategic decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
