We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Change & Program Enablement leader to lead the full change management function within the NF Shared Portfolio Activation team. This role provides direct leadership to a team of Change Management professionals and partners closely with Communications and Business Delivery teams to deliver integrated activation strategies. Serving as a key liaison with a wide array of stakeholders, the position will shape and articulate the evolving narrative of Shared Portfolio initiatives while designing and deploying change strategies, governance frameworks, tools, and learning modules.
The ideal candidate will excel at driving change enablement plans across multiple projects, consulting with impacted business units, and securing executive sponsorship. Additional responsibilities include coaching internal staff, managing budgets, and fostering a strong change management community across the organization. Change Management certifications are highly desirable, and program management and communications experience are also considered a plus.
This is a hybrid position located in Columbus Ohio, and you will be required to come into the office two days per week.
As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead design, planning and implementation of change strategies across the enterprise. This work includes implementation of the largest, most critical projects. You'll focus on application of emerging industry trends in portfolio management, program management and change management to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities :
Reporting Relationships : Reports to AVP or VP and may have small team of direct reports.
Typical Skills and Experiences :
Education : Undergraduate studies in business, applied management or related field; related graduate studies preferred.
License / Designation / Certification : Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) or similar certification a plus.
Experience : Ten years of related experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills and Ability : Proven knowledge of planning, program / project management, organizational development and process management. Strong ability to consult with program leaders and personally lead program teams including developing plans, objectives and resource requirements within budgetary limitations. Advanced negotiation and group facilitation skills. Ability to evaluate and apply problem-solving methodology including needs assessment, data acquisition and root cause analysis and interpretive / strategic planning analysis. Strong interpersonal skills for contact with all levels of company personnel.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the Vice President and Human Resources.
