Idaho Licensed Senior Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and report on clinician compensation systems and financial trends

Ensure accurate reconciliation and administration of clinician compensation according to employment agreements

Provide guidance and training to finance team members and operational leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent education and experience

3 years of analytical and business experience

Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)

CPA certification (preferred)

2 years of healthcare-related experience (preferred)
