• Preferably Appian Certified Lead Developer
• At least 5 years experience in Appian and preferably 10-15 years or more overall IT experience.
• Experience working on Appian Cloud, must be familiar with Record type driven development, familiarity with data fabric is a plus.
• Experience working on Appian integrations with AWS SB, Dynamics, SharePoint, Salesforce.
• Must take overall ownership of tech roadmap, tech debt.
• Skills in leading team and fronting the team with client.
• Excellent database query related skills (query optimization etc).
• Familiarity with Agile mode of working.
• Business Process Management(BPM), Digital : Appian BPM - Business Process Management(BPM)
• 6-8 Years of experience
