What You'll Do :

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the retail environment.

Help to deter theft, unauthorized activity, and / or policy violations through regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Document and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required.

Support emergency response efforts by following procedures during medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other critical events at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
