A well-established and growing construction firm in the San Antonio area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial and multifamily projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate daily activities with field superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Lead project meetings and ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify and resolve issues related to scheduling, cost control, and project scope
- Enforce company standards for safety, quality, and performance
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (commercial or multifamily preferred)Proven success managing ground-up projects valued at $5M or higherStrong understanding of construction methods, local codes, and best practicesProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar project management software)Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)OSHA 30 certification preferredValid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportationBenefits
