CGI Federal is looking for a Salesforce Architect with proven experience who can be part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment. CGI helps clients take an enterprise approach to accelerate and maximize their return on technology investments through relevant applied innovation. The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing robust Salesforce Government CRM solution for our federal clients mission critical objectives. They will work as a trusted advisor to our federal clients and help architect the most efficient solutions that meet our clients business needs. They will work closely with the client domain SMEs, Lead Solution Architect (SA), and security team to understand the overall project parameters. This role includes client relationship management and executive communication. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Work with team and federal clients to create proof of concept solutions for the overall and individual components to validate Salesforce CRM solution architecture.
• Review existing solution architecture and refine further.
• Own the design of Salesforce platform solution, as well as integration design.
• Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments in defining business requirements for optimal use of Salesforce functionality.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce Applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies / procedures.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $190,900.00.
