Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

Standard 8-hour workdays

Occasional overtime during month-end close and invoicing

Role Summary

The Senior GL Accountant will manage complex accounting activities to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger. The role supports a technology consulting group and involves various financial operations

Key Responsibilities

Project invoicing and payment application

Account reconciliation and journal entries

Month-end close activities

Setup for projects, vendors, and clients

Required Skills

Project accounting

Reconciliations

Journal entries and invoicing

Preferred Skills

Experience with Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365, or other large ERP systems.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor s degree in accounting or finance

CPA not required

7+ years of relevant experience.

Software Proficiency

Intermediate Excel skills

Adobe Acrobat (frequent PDF modifications)
