The Role
Comply is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to help industry-leading compliance teams adopt and use our product to secure their organizations. In this role, you will be actively selling to new accounts - prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
You will be the first point of contact for new prospects to learn more about Comply's portfolio of products and will be key to driving new revenue opportunities for the business. This is the perfect position for a motivated sales professional with a strong desire to win by selling market-leading software solutions to premier enterprise brands.
The right candidate is a technically savvy problem-solver who can close deals while also building strong relationships with future clients. Success will require a strong knowledge ofComply's product portfolio, our existing clients, and the ability to connect our solutions to problems buyers are trying to solve.

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus, tied to achievement of specific targets. The expected all-in compensation for this full-time Enterprise Account Executive role, is a total-on-target earnings (OTE) of $250,000-$300,000 with an annual base salary of $125,000-$150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and performance against agreed upon goals.
