Flatbed Carrier Sales Representative
This role will manage the movement of freight from coast to coast for companies of all sizes, in various industries. The focus will be on growing our client's brokerage side of the business and helping customers move their inventory cost-effectively by identifying and implementing swift logistics solutions. The role requires providing top-tier service to both established and prospective customers. The Carrier Team will uphold our client's commitment to success by addressing concerns and making quick, concise decisions to support their growing portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with carrier base.
- Engage in rapid rate negotiations with carriers.
- Target prospective new carriers through outbound calling to build your book of business.
- Use investigative sales techniques to develop carrier capacity.
- Manage dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and drayage shipments.
- Assign, dispatch, and track all shipments with carriers.
- Support quoting opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Proactively address problems and implement timely solutions.
- Serve as the liaison between shippers and authorized motor carriers.
Experience :
Bachelor's or associate's degree with a sales focus.Minimum of 2 years of Carrier Sales experience.Existing Carrier relationships and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive market.Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, driven to achieve results.This position offers a competitive base salary.
