Your Responsibilities :
You ll play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a premier property. Working under the guidance of the Property Manager, you will :
Tenant Relations :Serve as the main point of contact for tenants addressing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service.
Attend monthly tenant meetings, prepare communications, and handle correspondence with tenants, vendors, and suppliers.Operations & Administration :Supervise building staff directly and indirectly.
Coordinate with vendors (janitorial, security, landscaping, parking, and engineering) and attend regular vendor meetings.Review, code, and approve invoices to ensure timely payment.Draft and manage contracts, P.O.s, and Certificates of Insurance while maintaining organized logs.Track and update budget, OPEX, and CAPEX project logs to ensure financial accuracy.Assist in scheduling maintenance, inspections, and budgeted projects.Monitor and train Property Administrator in service request and accounting systems (e.g., ETH, MRI).Prepare and send invoices, statements of accounts, and credit memos to tenants.Project Coordination :Oversee vendor bidding processes preparing scopes of work, analyzing bids, and ensuring timely and compliant execution.
What We re Looking For :
Education : Bachelor s degree (BA / BS) required.Experience : 2 5 years in residential or commercial leasing or property management.License : Active California Real Estate License preferred.Skills :Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
