Operational Design Analytics Manager

A company is looking for an Operational Design Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the ODA Senior Team to analyze historical trial performance metrics and feasibility parameters

Utilize internal data and predictive analytics tools to inform study planning and placement decisions

Drive data quality and process improvement projects to enhance efficiencies within the ODA Team

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma / GED with 10 years of relevant experience

BA / BS / BSc in the sciences or RN preferred

9 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including 6 years in biopharmaceutical clinical development

Experience in utilizing data and analytics for clinical trial planning

Understanding of clinical data sources and their application in operational planning
