- Servers will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of guest satisfaction and overall service.
- Responsible for understanding and describing the menu to guests, and are able to provide food and drink pairing recommendations with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Responsible for completing pre-service and post-service duties with team members including, but not limited to preparing the dining room for service and having seamless communication with both FOH and BOH staff to ensure a successful service
- Must be able to accurately enter orders into POS in a timely manner, and ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out before serving to guests
- Clean and stock service stations, polish silverware / glassware as needed
- Assist other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management.
