As we expand into new verticals, including an upcoming men's health platform, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations management to join us early and help build the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team and help shape the next generation of telemedicine brands. You’ll be responsible for driving creative direction across paid media, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing, ensuring that our campaigns are both compelling and conversion-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and briefs for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and media buyers to bring ideas to life.
  • Write clear, actionable briefs that turn strategy into high-performing creative assets.
  • Analyze performance data and contribute to testing strategies, using insights to refine creative approaches.
  • Stay ahead of trends in direct-to-consumer marketing and digital advertising formats.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand identity, compliance requirements, and performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related digital advertising role.
  • Strong grasp of direct-to-consumer marketing and what drives conversions online.
  • Hands-on experience creating or directing ad creative (static & video), landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc).
  • Comfortable working with performance data to understand what’s working and why.
  • Copywriting ability for ads, campaigns, or briefs that translate strategy into compelling creative.
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams like designers, editors, and media buyers.
  • Bonus : exposure to healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries.
