BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Tech Ops Problem Manager for an opportunity in Plano, TX!

Position Title : Tech Ops Problem Manager

Location : Plano, TX

Anticipated Start Date : Tentative Start Date

Expected Duration : 6 months contract to hire.

Job Type : Contract, [On-Site]

Pay Range : [$30.00] to [$35.00]

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct Post Incident Reviews to complete Root Cause Analysis
• Document findings and assign action items
• Create executive reporting
• Coordinate with other teams on RCA and Action item status
