Software Test Engineer

Job Description :

Pay Range : $45hr - $50hr

Responsibilities :

• The Software Test Engineer will support UCC’s ever increasing electromechanical medical device portfolio that includes software / embedded systems.
• Focus on testing during design, V&V, and post release investigations for UCC products with software.
• Analyze requirements, develop & run manual test cases for software V&V.
• Design and develop automated tests using Python / LabVIEW or other relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Work closely with software developers and other cross-functional teams in understanding the applications and systems to test effectively.
• Identify defects to improve software quality and assist software developers in resolving them.
• Perform all V&V related documentation.
• Participates in bug / defect risk mitigation.
