SUMMARY
To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for accurately scanning and/or processing all customer orders in accordance with company standards and policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to greet, make eye contact and “Thank” each guest that you service. Responsible for delivering a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience, that meets our guests’ expectations. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy. Responsible for working in a safe manner and for maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures. Responsible for accurately scanning and/or processing all customer orders in accordance with company standards and policies. Responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are packed with care and efficiency to meet company standards. Responsible for offering carryout service to guests. Responsible for ensuring proper handling for coupons, bottle slips, charge accounts, rebates, miscellaneous tenders, AdvantEdge cards, debit/credit, reused bags, and other media. Responsible for maintaining controls and security in accordance with company policies and procedures. (LISA – Look InSide Always / BOB – Bottom of Basket) Responsible for communicating new policies or promotional programs to our guests. Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by management and adhering to all company policies and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services’ total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
