CNA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a CNA, you will work closely with nursing staff to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as directed by nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Assist in the mobilization of patients, ensuring safe transfers and correct positioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
• Report any changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the nursing staff promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and care tasks as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently according to facility protocols.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-recognized CNA certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Working Conditions :
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting patients.
