Job Title

What You'll Do

  • Lead Installation Teams : Manage and coordinate daily operations for installation crews handling commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Oversee Project Execution : Plan, schedule, and coordinate installations from initial site evaluation through completion projects typically range from $10,000 to $300,000.
  • Quality & Compliance : Ensure all installations meet customer specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Mentor & Develop : Conduct performance evaluations, provide training and mentorship, and assist in hiring new team members.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.
  • Drive Efficiency : Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience : 5+ years in commercial or industrial refrigeration installation or project management (no residential).
  • Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of commercial coolers, freezers, and food service systems.
  • Leadership : Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Project Management : Skilled in scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining job documentation.
  • Communication : Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
